Kolkata Airport offers comfortable accommodation to its bonafide passengers holding confirmed onward journey air ticket through its 8 well furnished retiring rooms, 10 bed Ladies Dormitory and 24 Bedded Gents Dormitory in the Old International Terminal Building. The Old International Building is located 500 metres to the north of the Terminal 2. Guest rooms and Dormitory are maintained by AAI and are available to passengers on first come first serve basis. Request for accommodation shall be made in person or through fax to the office of Airport Manager at Departure Lower Level near Gate No 3C of Terminal -2. The rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking and duration of stay is restricted to 24 hrs.

The applicable rate for the accommodation are :

• Rs 1000/- per Bed (Twin sharing basis) in Retiring Room
• Rs 1500/- per room for family in Retiring Room
• Rs 700/- per bed for dormitory
